Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of improving the volume and quality of traffic to a web site from search engines. Usually, the earlier a site is presented in the search results, or the higher it “ranks,” the more searchers will visit that site. The leading search engines, Google, Yahoo! and Microsoft, use crawlers to find pages for their algorithmic search results.
It’s necessary for companies to listed top in search engines. As a good search engine ranking results in many visitors and sales! Without any top 20 ranks in popular search engines you probably spend a lot of time and effort on your site, without anybody ever being able to appreciate it, as no body is able to find it over web!
Search Engine Optimization also known as SEO is the process of improving the volume and quality of traffic to a web site from search engines. A search engine is a program or utility that searches documents for specified keywords and returns a list of the documents where the keywords were found and search engine optimization is the process of choosing targeted keyword phrases related to a site, and ensuring that the site places well when those keyword phrases are searched over search engines.
