Day 1: Arrival in Calgary → Drive to Revelstoke (February 20, 2027)

• Arrival at Calgary International Airport (YYC) *Depending on your departure city, you may choose to arrive a day early. We can coordinate lodging for Friday, Feb. 19.*

• Meet your carpool group - Collect luggage and ski gear and pick up rental vehicles.

• Scenic drive through Canadian Rockies to Revelstoke.
  Enjoy a scenic drive through the Canadian Rockies as we head toward our first stop.

• Check into accommodations near Revelstoke upon arrival.
  Get settled, organize gear, and prepare for the first day on snow.

• Welcome dinner at the accommodations and overview of the week ahead.

Day 2: Revelstoke Mountain Resort (February 21, 2027)

• Breakfast: Load up on a warm meal at the accommodations

• First Day of Skiing at Revelstoke Mountain Resort

  • Ease into the trip with long top-to-bottom laps that showcase Revelstoke’s massive vertical

  • Explore fall-line skiing and gladed terrain that provides contrast and confidence when light conditions change

• Return to accommodations

  After a full day at Revelstoke, recover from the first full day with a relaxing group dinner at the accommodations.

Day 3: Hike-to Terrain Focus at Revelstoke (February 22, 2027)

• Breakfast: Another hearty meal before diving into more powder.

• Second Day Skiing at Revelstoke

  • Optional Sub Peak Hike: A signature Revelstoke experience that opens access to bigger, more alpine terrain above the lifts (strong alternatives available for those staying lift-served).

• Return to accommodations after the second full day on the mountain.

  We will recap the day, share favorite lines, and talk through conditions heading into the second half of the trip during at a group dinner
  

Day 4: Revelstoke → Evening Drive to Kicking Horse (Golden) (February 23, 2027)

• Breakfast & Check Out

• Final Day Skiing at Revelstoke: Revisit our favorite terrain. We will keep the schedule flexible to maximize snow quality and visibility.

• Early Afternoon Wrap-Up - We will ski until around 2:00 PM and then depart for the Kicking Horse area.

• Afternoon Transfer to Kicking Horse area (3 hours)

• Accommodations Check-In upon arrival and settle in take a chance to settle in before going to dinner.

• Optional casual group dinner - we will dine at a local favorite in town.

Day 5: Kicking Horse (Steeps + Big Lines) (February 24, 2027)

• Breakfast: Fresh coffee and a warm meal before another powder-filled day.

• Full Day Skiing at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort

  • Explore big alpine faces, sustained steeps, and long fall-line descents that give the mountain its reputation.

  • Terrain options structured for strong advanced skiers/riders, with steeper lines available for experts as conditions allow.

• Return to accommodations - Recharge and reset over a group dinner and a well-deserved slower evening after a full day of cardio-intense lines.

Day 6: Kicking Horse Hike-to Focus (February 25, 2027)

• Breakfast and Check-Out: After a filling breakfast, we’ll be ready for the final stretch of the trip.

• Kicking Horse - If conditions allow, we will look to include Kicking Horse’s marquee hike-access zones: T1, T2, and Ozone. These are optional, condition-dependent highlights that showcase the mountains more advanced terrain.

• Farewell Group Dinner - Celebrate the week of new connections and new adventures.

Day 7: Lake Louise Ski Resort → Depart Calgary (February 26, 2027)

• Breakfast & Check-Out: Enjoy a quick breakfast at the accommodations before departing for Lake Louise

• Ski Lake Louise

  • Settle into long, scenic laps through wide-open bowls, with optional technical chutes for those looking to push the pace.

  • The terrain is well-suited for cruising after a big week of intense terrain, with steeper options available for those who still have the stamina.

• Depart for Calgary Airport (2.5 hours drive)

  • Return rental vehicles and depart (early evening departures recommended)

Day 8 (Addendum): Banff Sunshine

• Night 7: Stay in HI Banff Hostel for one more day of skiing the next morning.

• Breakfast & Check-Out: We will load the vehicles and set off for our final morning of skiing.

• Final Ski Day at Banff Sunshine Village

  • We will focus on Sunshine’s signature terrain, including Wild West and Delirium Dive (conditions and access permitting), closing out the trip with high-alpine skiing and wide-open views.

• Wrap Up Skiing Around Noon

• Depart for Calgary Airport (2.5 hours drive)

  • Return rental vehicles and depart (early evening departures recommended)
